Senator has been present in the Croatian market since 1993, specializing in organizing games of chance in slot machine clubs and casinos. In addition, we manage an online casino, offering players a wide range of games of chance. Currently, we operate 16 modern, well-equipped slot machine clubs and a casino where our visitors can enjoy a diverse offering and premium service. We place a strong emphasis on safety and responsible gaming.

You will work closely with your colleagues in the slot club and the club manager. Occasionally, you will meet our maintenance team (technicians, janitors, etc.) when their assistance is needed.

Shortly after, you can expect a call from the manager to schedule a job interview, which takes place at the location where we are hiring. Of course! If you decide to work with us, you will undergo training with the club manager and your colleagues. This won’t be the only training you receive—Senator conducts annual workshops related to the scope of work for all employees.
Working hours are organized in shifts—morning, afternoon, and night. The work schedule is adapted to the needs of the team and the individual, in accordance with legal regulations, while respecting your right to rest.
The job is performed in a uniform provided by Senator, and there are no strict rules regarding other aspects of appearance. It is important to us that your overall look is neat and professional, in line with our brand, to maintain the high standards we uphold.
